11.1 Platform Availability. xxhp strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond xxhp's reasonable control.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xxhp shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
11.3 Liability Cap. Where xxhp is found liable to a Player, its aggregate liability in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their xxhp account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. xxhp is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or conduct of any third-party game supplier, payment processor, or external service provider. Any claims related to the fairness of certified games must be directed to the relevant game supplier's regulatory body.

15.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that litigation is required, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
