xxhp Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

These Terms & Conditions, together with the xxhp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and xxhp regarding your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I agree" or any equivalent affirmative action, depositing funds, or by simply using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a legal resident of the Philippines and are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or xxhp;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• The funds used to make deposits to your xxhp Account are legally obtained and are not derived from any criminal activity.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the xxhp platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR.
2. Residency: You must be a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines. xxhp does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a Philippine court are not eligible to hold an xxhp account.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on xxhp's internal self-exclusion list or on any PAGCOR-maintained exclusion register. Any attempt to open a new account during a period of self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these terms.
5. Not Employed by xxhp: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of persons employed by xxhp or any of its licensed game providers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

xxhp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

Each Player may hold exactly one (1) xxhp account. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if any details change.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, xxhp will require you to complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering regulations.

xxhp reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures and to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. The Platform is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations.

5.1 Deposits. xxhp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. xxhp does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which xxhp bears no liability.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in the same name as the xxhp account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an AML review resulting in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after KYC verification has been completed to xxhp's satisfaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• GCash / PayMaya: Processed in real time for verified accounts; standard processing within 1–4 hours for accounts pending final review;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Standard processing within 1–3 business days;
• USDT: Processed within 2–6 hours subject to blockchain confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. xxhp reserves the right to apply a turnover requirement equivalent to one (1) times the deposit amount before a withdrawal may be processed where a deposit has not been subjected to any wagering activity. This is a standard anti-abuse measure and does not affect the withdrawal of genuinely wagered funds.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the xxhp platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Where a transaction is initiated in an alternative currency, xxhp will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of processing.

xxhp offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to the Welcome Deposit Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Sports Betting Rebate, and Loyalty Programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Promotional offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from it;
• xxhp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through artificial wagering patterns, collusion, or other abusive behaviour will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the xxhp platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and sportsbook markets — are provided by licensed third-party suppliers. All RNG-based game outcomes are certified as fair by independent testing laboratories. xxhp does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Bets are Final. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the xxhp system, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details before confirmation. Technical errors affecting the display of bet slips should be reported to xxhp support immediately.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, xxhp reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. No claim shall lie against xxhp for any winnings that would have accrued but for the malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

7.4 Sportsbook. All sports betting activity on xxhp is subject to the Sportsbook-specific rules published on the Platform, covering matters including bet settlement, void markets, in-play betting rules, and accumulator conditions. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook rules, the Sportsbook rules shall prevail for sports betting activities.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. xxhp reserves the right to impose maximum single-game or single-session winning limits. Any such limits will be published on the relevant game page. Winnings in excess of published limits may be subject to review prior to payment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxhp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening more than one (1) xxhp account, regardless of the identity used;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while registered on any self-exclusion list;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160;
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent payment disputes in respect of legitimate deposits;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed toward xxhp employees or other players via any communication channel;
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or overload the xxhp platform or its underlying infrastructure.

All content on the xxhp platform — including but not limited to the xxhp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of xxhp or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without xxhp's prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software;
• Use the xxhp brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes;
• Create derivative works based on xxhp content.

Any unauthorized use of xxhp intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

xxhp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the xxhp Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in. xxhp does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

11.1 Platform Availability. xxhp strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond xxhp's reasonable control.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xxhp shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.3 Liability Cap. Where xxhp is found liable to a Player, its aggregate liability in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their xxhp account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. xxhp is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or conduct of any third-party game supplier, payment processor, or external service provider. Any claims related to the fairness of certified games must be directed to the relevant game supplier's regulatory body.

xxhp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its player community. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum allowable loss amount over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension for a period of between 1 day and 6 weeks without needing to contact support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling activity may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and permanently. During a period of self-exclusion, access to the xxhp platform will be blocked and no promotional communications will be sent.

13.1 By xxhp. xxhp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage;
• A player being found to be under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or from PAGCOR;
• Extended inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without login).

13.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your xxhp account at any time by contacting the xxhp support team via live chat. Requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus conditions remaining unfulfilled.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. xxhp reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱100 from dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity period, up to the balance available. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of any such deduction.

xxhp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xxhp will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the xxhp platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 of these terms.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in effect is identified by the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the xxhp platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting xxhp's customer support team. xxhp endeavours to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

15.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with xxhp, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. xxhp fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

15.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that litigation is required, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
